Fiserv’s AppMarket has integrated with PortX Fintech Hub to help banks easily integrate financial technology solutions into their systems. The partnership, according to the announcement, will speed up the time to market for firms. It will offer a streamlined and cost-effective approach that allows companies to easily link with fintech partners.

PortX provides Integration-Platform-as-a-service. Following the partnership with Fiserv, the firms will offer clients access to different fintech solutions.

Financial Institutions Will Have More Partnership Options

As both firms collaborate to roll out Fintech Hub, PortX will play a major role in adding new fintech solutions to Fiserv’s AppMarket. The collaboration will also provide financial institutions with more partnership options. This will allow them to gain new customers, boosting their operational efficiency in the process.

The partners noted that Fiserv’s AppMarket has now added Fintech Hub as a pre-integrated app. The marketplace will offer Fiserv clients fast links to major fintech solutions, offering them the tools they need to stay ahead in the market. The fintech industry is a highly competitive one. But with the addition of the new features, both companies can improve their operations and add more clients.

PortX will streamline the fintechs integrations with Fiserv’s Premium bank platform. It will give firms the opportunity to easily take advantage of data via reliable, cost-effective, and reusable API-led connectivity.

Fiserv Has Extended Partnership Deal With PayPal

The two firms also stated that the partnership model will enable Fiserv clients to take advantage of the value of Fiserv’s open banking initiative called Communicator Open. It will facilitate connections between third-party models and their Premier core. As a result, it will minimize costs connected with vendor management and integration, ensuring that the process is more efficient and faster.

Also, it offers pre-integrated connectors to Communicator Open. Through the partnership, PortX will allow Fiserv’s customers to add third-party systems more quickly at a significantly reduced cost. The method will reduce operational expenses and speed up the time to market, offering a scalable solution for businesses.

Fiserv has also extended its partnership with PayPal to improve the checkout systems for financial institutions across the US. The collaboration has lasted for more than 10 years. Fiserv wants to integrate PayPal’s payment solutions into its systems for improved merchant service.

It wants to streamline the process of payment using Venmo and PayPal as payment options. In another development, Fiserv announced an increase in revenue by 7% to $5.11 billion compared to the same period last year.
