Rozes, presently residing in London, will report to BMS Group Chief Executive Officer Nick Cook. He takes over from Nick Moss, who will retire from the firm.

Rozes has a lot of experience and will bring that knowledge to the company. He has been IG Group’s Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer since June 2020. While in charge, he started big projects that changed IG Group into a worldwide online trading platform offering many assets and digital content.

At Marsh McLennan, Rozes Helped Achieve $350 Million In Cost Savings

His accomplishments include managing the merger of Tastytrade, a major US options and futures trading platform, and completing the sale of non-central US businesses, the Small Exchange and Nadex, for significant profits.

At Marsh McLennan, Rozes was essential in the fusion with JLT PLC, exceeding $350 million in cost savings ahead of time. His tenure included successful financial restructuring and global strategic efforts.

Rozes served as the Executive Director and Group Finance Director at JLT Group. He supervised worldwide finance operations and helped the company grow steadily. During his time there, he successfully negotiated and sold JLT Group for a high price.

Rozes said that the chance to come back to the insurance sector means a lot to him, mainly because he can help BMS during this exciting phase of its growth. He added that he is happy to join the team and eager to work alongside his new colleagues.
