ONE Championship offers grappling contracts as part of Middle East development plan

“Road to ONE: Doha” will take place on Thursday, February 29 at the Aspire Zone (Doha Sports City). The competition will span five weight divisions, with winners in the advanced category earning US$100,000 contracts to grapple for ONE.

If YOU want to get involved in for the chance of a lifetime, here’s what you need to know

DIVISIONS AND RANKING

Rankings are based on BJJ ranking (belt colour) or years of experiences if you have no BJJ ranking level.

Beginners (White belt or 0-2 years of experience if unranked)
Intermediate (Blue and Purple belt or 2-4 years of experience if unranked)
Advanced (Brown and Black belt or 4+ years of experience if unranked)
Juvenile: 15 – 17 years old | 135 lbs / 155 lbs / 170 lbs / 185 lbs / 185+ lbs
Adult: 18 – 29 years old | 135 lbs / 155 lbs / 170 lbs / 185 lbs / 185+ lbs
Master 1: 30 – 39 years old | 135 lbs / 155 lbs / 170 lbs / 185 lbs / 185+ lbs
Master 2: 40+ years old | 135 lbs / 155 lbs / 170 lbs / 185 lbs / 185+ lbs

PRIZES AND MEDALS

Every 1st, 2nd and 3rd place will win a Road to ONE medal.

ONE Fight contract will be for champions in ADULT ADVANCED divisions only
